Ichor Chems is a cognitive enhancement education platform operated as a private business. Our website is located at ichorchems.com.
What Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data. Email address, collected when you sign up for a membership or request a magic link to sign in. Payment information, collected by Stripe, our third party payment processor. Ichor Chems does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Usage data, we may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform including pages visited and features used. This data is not linked to your identity.
How We Use Your Data
We use your email address to send you magic link sign in emails, notify you of changes to your membership or the platform, and communicate platform updates relevant to your membership. We do not use your email for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Data
Your email address and session data are stored securely on our servers. Sessions are cryptographically signed and access to your account requires a verified magic link sent to your registered email address. We retain your data for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership and request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days. To request deletion email us directly.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. This cookie is necessary for the platform to function and cannot be opted out of while using the service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third party analytics cookies.
Third Party Services
We use the following third party services. Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Vercel: website hosting. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. Resend: transactional email delivery (magic links and membership emails). Subject to Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. Turso: database storage for user account data including email addresses and membership status. Subject to Turso's privacy policy at turso.tech/privacy-policy.
Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights contact us directly via email.
Children
This platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify active members of any material changes via email. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
